Job Summary

Own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of the inbound sales engine, leading a team of SDRs and Sales Associates while raising sales-floor quality and consistency. Build and optimize follow-up sequences across email/chat, run no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns, and reduce funnel drop-off. Coach reps using call/demos scorecards, manage partner-sourced leads, and maintain a compliant, up-to-date sales knowledge base powered by an AI sales chat assistant.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including SDRs and Sales Associates, with 1:1s, coaching, and hiring as the team scales.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat; use reply and conversion metrics to drive performance.
•Build and manage no-show recovery for cancellations and missed demos, and run reactivation campaigns for aged and closed-lost opportunities.
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by setting ownership/follow-up/reporting standards and tracking partner performance.
•Review recorded calls and demos using a written sales scorecard; coach Account Executives on discovery, objection handling, urgency, and securing second calls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Hands-on experience building sales sequences across email, chat, SMS, or other follow-up channels.
•Strong CRM discipline working with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
