Field Service Technician II

Service and maintain a wide range of laboratory refrigeration and electronics equipment at customer sites. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using testing equipment and wiring diagrams, while keeping accurate records and following safety protocols. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, manage variable and physical working conditions, and be available for occasional overtime and rotating on-call duties. Work with specialized equipment including freezers, centrifuges, chillers, and ultra-cold systems.
