Job Summary

Own the target-state enterprise architecture for finance systems supporting the UK region. Develop and govern holistic finance technology architecture, including end-to-end record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and project accounting processes. Design integrations across Oracle R12, OneStream, Kyriba, Emburse, Neeyamo, BlackLine, and other finance applications, while defining finance data/master data and ensuring robust controls, governance, and regulatory compliance. Provide technical leadership across multiple implementation programmes and roadmap delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and govern the target-state finance systems architecture across finance applications aligned with the digital finance strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
•Design and govern system integrations across Oracle R12 and other finance applications, ensuring secure, resilient, and efficient data flows.
•Ensure finance processes are designed holistically across core finance process areas, eliminating manual intervention and process duplication.
•Define and govern finance data architecture and master data (data ownership, quality standards, reference data, chart of accounts, supplier master data).
•Establish governance for architecture standards and design patterns, oversee controls and regulatory compliance, and provide architectural leadership through programme delivery.

Key Requirements

•Expert knowledge of Oracle Financials (Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Cloud) and finance business processes.
•Strong experience designing complex enterprise integration architectures (APIs, middleware, batch processing, messaging, event-driven integration patterns).
•Extensive understanding of finance data architecture, including master data management, reference data, chart of accounts design, and data governance.
•Demonstrated experience designing highly automated finance processes that improve efficiency while strengthening governance and internal controls.
•Professional architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect) and/or Oracle Financials certification (oil, gas or energy experience essential).
