Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-volume, dynamic executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts using executive judgment.
  • •Draft, screen, and manage professional communications; filter and escalate issues requiring executive attention.
  • •Oversee complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including contingency planning and coordination with travel providers and vendors.
  • •Independently organize executive-level meetings and prepare briefing materials, agendas, and executive summaries; ensure follow-through on decisions.
  • •Manage expense workflows and budget tracking, reconcile with Finance, and partner with Procurement on complex approvals and vendor-related tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or +6 years equivalent experience.
  • •Strong experience with MS 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
