Key Responsibilities

  • •Present and drive metric-based improvements across the value stream.
  • •Manage a team of Production Control managers and professionals.
  • •Analyze, track, and report material availability; release production orders in MRP and confirm in shop floor systems.
  • •Coordinate kit readiness with cross-functional teams, including BOM, Material Master, process engineering, operations, and document control.
  • •Provide shop floor support for replacement parts and material staging, manage WIP movement/completion, and coordinate program schedules with global supply chain and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Experience working with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in a manufacturing environment or special program access applications.
  • •Experience in supply chain, production and/or planning control, MRP, inventory management, manufacturing, or capacity planning.
  • •Experience managing daily team operations or equivalent leadership responsibilities.
  • •Ability to manage production scheduling and coordination with global supply chain and other functional areas to meet organizational and customer goals.
