Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate local implementation of India H&S strategy and the H&S Management System aligned with ISO 45001.
  • •Assess H&S training needs and plan/organize required H&S training for employees.
  • •Monitor H&S performance periodically and communicate outcomes to the H&S Manager.
  • •Ensure emergency preparedness and response planning is up to date for local emergencies and arrangements for expats/international travelers.
  • •Maintain iSMS for incidents/observations and analyze accident, near-miss, and dangerous occurrence statistics with recommendations and root-cause actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate qualification.
  • •NEBOSH or a Diploma in Safety.
  • •Experience implementing an H&S management system (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) in an office environment.
  • •Ability to perform H&S risk assessments and conduct H&S inspections.
  • •Experience conducting H&S training and incident investigations, including analyzing accidents/near misses and sharing learnings.
