Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve LXP support queue requests covering access, enrolment, content availability, and platform issues within agreed response times.
  • •Onboard/off-board partner organizations, manage accounts/cohorts/permissions, and upload and quality-check course content for cohort launches.
  • •Produce and validate partner and programme reports, and maintain documentation for recurring issues so resolutions are repeatable.
  • •Build, test, and maintain workflow automations (including AI/agent workflows), monitor them in production, and fix automation failures.
  • •Support the data and reporting infrastructure by cleaning/standardizing data, migrating to a single source of truth, and preparing datasets for dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in technical operations, systems administration, or digital learning operations.
  • •Administer an LMS/LXP and manage a support queue with defined response expectations.
  • •Hands-on workflow automation experience using n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
  • •Strong data-handling ability to clean and restructure large, inconsistent datasets for reporting.
  • •Technical literacy to understand connected systems, communicate clearly with partners/vendors, and assess proposed fixes.
