Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise programs and multi-workstream initiatives for Power Platform and Copilot services, acting as operational authority and standards owner across the platform.
  • •Own environment and capacity strategy across development, test, and production tenants, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency for Copilot and AI-powered experiences.
  • •Define and enforce production readiness, change, and release controls (including ALM and governed promotion paths) for repeatable deployment governance.
  • •Establish DLP, connector governance, access controls, and data exposure controls for Power Platform, Copilot, and agent-based solutions in alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • •Lead Level 3 incident response and problem management, and drive lifecycle hygiene across environments and AI agents to reduce lifecycle debt and maintain service reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or enterprise collaboration services.
  • •Deep expertise in infrastructure operations and knowledge of identity, security, and cloud platform governance.
  • •Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform administration, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connectors, and ALM at enterprise scale.
  • •Hands-on experience operationalizing Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including agent design considerations, access governance, readiness, adoption support, and monitoring.
  • •Proven experience defining and enforcing governance, DLP, access, and lifecycle controls for AI-enabled or agent-based solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.
