Job Summary

Perform hand and machine fusion welding (MIG and TIG) to construct powder containers, including fabrication of stainless steel extrusion cans. Prepare parts via grinding, polishing, and cleaning, and seal cans for shipment. Conduct routine equipment maintenance to support uptime, comply with safety/EH&S requirements, and assist continuous improvement efforts. Work a Monday–Thursday 4x10 schedule (2:00pm–12:00am) onsite with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform hand and machine fusion welding (MIG and TIG) to construct powder containers.
•Prepare parts for fabrication (grinding, polishing, cleaning) and fabricate stainless steel extrusion cans.
•Seal and prepare cans for shipment.
•Perform routine equipment maintenance with little to no supervision to optimize uptime.
•Support continuous improvement and CORE/EH&S initiatives, including wearing required PPE.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
•Working knowledge of fusion welding processes and terminology.

•Must have a strong attendance record and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
