Job Summary

Support the MEA region with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Build business cases for campaigns and innovations, forecast sales and costs, and deliver regular financial reporting. Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to drive insights, monitor performance across markets, and support ad-hoc financial initiatives to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

•Business Partnering and Analysis (50%) — Build simple business cases for campaigns and innovation, forecast sales and transactions, track food costs and F&P, support go/no-go decisions, analyze performance vs. plan, and develop dashboards and scorecards for markets.
•Reporting (30%) — Collaborate with control on timely, accurate period analyses and forecasting of regional performance and PL.
•Collections (10%) — Monitor payment obligations under the Pizza Hut Franchise Agreement and assist in forecasting and managing bad debt.
•Ad-hoc Requests (10%) — Support Finance Team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
•Operations support — Maintain weekly/monthly reports, provide timely insights, and ensure informed decision-making across co-op markets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field
•Minimum 3-5 years related experience
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
•Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels; ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate office
