Job Summary

Drive seasonal assortment, buying, and inventory planning for the franchise business by managing Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans, range and SKU lifecycle strategies, and data-driven buying recommendations. Partner with Franchise Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams (Trading, Finance, Supply Chain) to validate assumptions, optimize investment allocation, monitor in-season performance, ensure purchase order execution, and deliver post-season learnings to improve future planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead seasonal merchandise planning and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans aligned to financial targets, inventory objectives, and commercial priorities.
•Define and maintain assortment and range planning strategies by category, channel, and store cluster, including segmentation and SKU lifecycle planning.
•Develop data-driven buying recommendations using sales performance, inventory health, demand forecasts, and market trends.
•Partner with Key Account Managers to build customer commercial plans, support forecasting discussions, and provide analytical insights in pre-line/pre-sale sessions.
•Monitor in-season buy and sell-through performance, support trading decisions (NOS and Injection Packs), and ensure purchase order execution; deliver post-season performance reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Retail Management, or related.
•3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, category management, commercial planning, or inventory planning.
•Experience with retail/sportswear/fashion/FMCG/consumer goods or omnichannel, including Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and assortment optimization.
•Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools including Power BI, SAP BW, Tableau, or similar.
•Advanced Spanish and English communication skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
