Senior Agent Product Manager

Own end-to-end delivery and integration of an AI customer operations platform for enterprise financial services customers. Lead discovery to define objectives and deployment needs, guide customers to tailor AI agent capabilities, and measure outcomes using performance data like deflection, quality, and CSAT. Serve as the technical interface through POCs, due diligence, and trial-to-implementation handover, while collaborating with AI, engineering, and sales to shape the roadmap and onboarding process.
