Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and support floor set updates and supply management.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs, resolve guest needs quickly, and help maintain safe, clean, efficient store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move throughout the store areas during shifts.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
