Job Summary

Lead end-to-end rollout and scaling of DevinAI GenAI tools across enterprise engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end rollout and scaling of GenAI tools (Devin, Claude Code, Cursor) across CDXO and LOB engineering teams.
•Act as a hands-on full-stack engineer, building and integrating solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, APIs).
•Define and execute enterprise-wide rollout strategies, including phased onboarding and scaling models.
•Partner with LOB teams to enhance the product delivery lifecycle using GenAI capabilities.
•Conduct developer onboarding, training, and enablement sessions, promoting best practices in prompt engineering and workflow integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, and React/Angular/TypeScript.
•Experience with distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures.

•GenAI/LLM expertise with Devin, Claude/Anthropic models, Cursor or similar tools; strong prompt engineering and RAG knowledge.
