Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations with the Fleetch Dakar team, including monitoring and reporting recovery of revenues using the tracking software.
  • •Lead project initiatives to unlock revenue, including branding and B2B efforts.
  • •Support drivers on VTC applications to increase their earnings and ensure smooth operations.
  • •Monitor drivers and handle incidents (accidents, etc.) to maintain service quality and safety.
  • •Collaborate with the Country Manager to pilot fleet optimization and drive growth in Senegal.
