  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Build and lead the team: hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating on benefits, compensation, and policies.
  • •Check daily production orders for fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, workstation/inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure workstations and machinery are ready for startup, including passing USDA Inspection.
