Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of the Group Services growth strategy, including identifying service expansion and operating model optimization opportunities.
  • •Build robust business cases for transitions, new capabilities, location strategy, and digital initiatives, including cost/benefit and risk assessment.
  • •Lead end-to-end transitions and integration programs with governance structures, transition roadmaps, and reporting mechanisms.
  • •Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations to ensure delivery, benefits realization, and post-transition stabilization.
  • •Embed digital, data, and technology solutions into growth and transition initiatives and drive change management and adoption activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transitions, transformation, PMO, or shared services.
  • •Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects and business transformations.
  • •Strong business case development, financial analysis, and executive communication skills.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across senior leadership.
  • •PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications are advantageous.
