Conduct customer research with transfer senders, develop partnerships, and execute tailored offline/online advertising and brand campaigns. Manage agencies, oversee corridor-segmented CRM and low-level customer complaints, and coordinate with CS, Product, and Ops to address pain points. Travel across US states to deepen community understanding.
