Job Summary

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to identify AI use cases across HR and evaluate how AI features can enhance employee experience and process optimization. Support and improve the AiMEE HR chatbot, collaborate to prioritize new use cases, and lead pilot deployments with global feedback. Work with GIS, data sciences, and external vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions using Workday data and monitor Workday releases and AI trends.

•Partner with HR COEs to identify AI use cases across the HR function.
•Evaluate AI features in the current technology stack and recommend ways to enhance employee experience and optimize processes.
•Provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot to ensure functionality, relevance, and user satisfaction.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new AiMEE use cases and lead pilot deployments across countries.
•Serve as a liaison between COEs, GIS, and data sciences to deliver HR technology solutions, including developing and validating HR analytics models using Workday data.

Salary: USD 106,000 - 146,000

•Demonstrated understanding of functional HR domains such as Core HR, Total Rewards, and Talent.
•Deep expertise in Workday platform capabilities, including Business Process Framework and Reporting.
•Demonstrated understanding of AI applications in HR, such as chatbots, NLPs, and predictive analytics.
•Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI use cases by analyzing end-to-end HR processes.
•Experience managing or co-leading HR technology projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation support.
