Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR COEs to identify AI use cases across the HR function.
  • •Evaluate AI features in the current technology stack and recommend ways to enhance employee experience and optimize processes.
  • •Provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot to ensure functionality, relevance, and user satisfaction.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new AiMEE use cases and lead pilot deployments across countries.
  • •Serve as a liaison between COEs, GIS, and data sciences to deliver HR technology solutions, including developing and validating HR analytics models using Workday data.
