Key Responsibilities

  • •Create BIM MEP & HVAC model up to LOD 450 and perform clash detection for coordination.
  • •Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts and coordinate with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings for construction.
  • •Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and make corrections as needed for the project.
  • •Provide spot detail / shop drawings for clarity of plans and details.
  • •Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural models and build 3D architectural/structural models; create render views and walkthroughs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in engineering field (mechanical preferred)
  • •Proficient with modeling tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D
  • •Experience with clash detection software: Navisworks
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background with MEP knowledge
  • •Ability to prepare MEP Building Services Layouts and shop drawings
