Key Requirements

•12+ years in Java server-side application development, with 3+ years in an engineering management role.
•Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
•Experience coaching and developing engineers; able to set performance expectations and conduct structured 1:1s.
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage delivery across a team.
•Familiarity with distributed systems and guiding teams through architectural decisions.
