Job Summary

Maintain and improve production molding and assembly machinery by installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and program-related issues on molding and AMO equipment, including reading prints/schematics and making adjustments using PLC/RS logic. Perform MIG/TIG welding, install electrical/plumbing interfaces, complete daily PM paperwork, and support facilities maintenance while following safety, lean manufacturing, and Food Safety/cGMP policies.

•Develop solutions to improve and resolve recurring machine issues and perform daily PMs with proper paperwork.
•Comply with safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles, and Food Safety/cGMP policies; provide general facilities maintenance and support continuous plant operations.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

•Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
•Knowledge of PLC/RS logic for testing and adjustment; HVAC, plumbing, and welding knowledge is beneficial.
