Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end execution of third-party and partner events, sponsorships, conferences, trade shows, and co-marketed activations from contracting and vendor management through registration, badge logistics, booth fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and on-site staffing plans.
  • •Independently manage the event portfolio by scoping work, sequencing tasks, estimating timelines, and adapting plans as requirements shift using AI tools.
  • •Coordinate travel logistics for the events team and attendees (executives, sales, speakers), including flights, lodging, ground transport, and visas for international events.
  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact to troubleshoot in real time and proactively manage risks or blockers to deliver a polished, on-brand experience.
  • •Measure event impact through budget reconciliation and post-event ROI reporting, and provide recommendations based on outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in event logistics, event operations, or field marketing with direct ownership of on-site execution and logistical details (vendors/venues, shipping/inventory, registration, on-site staffing, travel).
  • •Strong vendor and partner relationship management, including contract negotiation.
  • •Proven ability to own outcomes independently by planning and sequencing complex, multi-part events with minimal oversight.
  • •A calm, solutions-oriented approach to live-event issues, managing risk while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
  • •Comfort with up to 50% travel, including some international and weekend travel.
