Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations in production.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable production.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including modeling, validation, and output checks.
  • •Create performance dashboards and KPI reporting, and contribute to PoCs/MVPs to move quickly from concept to deployable.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can discuss.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to add more as needed.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and improvements.
