Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a project team of developers focused on delivering optimized Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions with 25% utilization while aligning with FSC engagements.
  • •Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants on Insurance and Financial Services to translate program designs into high-quality solutions.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding the deployment of emerging technologies to drive business value.
  • •Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the Insurance and Financial Services consulting practice and contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
  • •Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions and establish an enterprise architectural roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors.
  • •8+ years of people management and Technical Architecture experience
  • •Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills
  • •Expertise in one or multiple of -> Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Insurance Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio
  • •Integration Architecture (Must have) and Platform Security (Must have) with Data Architecture and Management (Must have) and Apex Design Patterns (Must Have)
