Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot instrument and electrical equipment at the Croydon site, supporting both Croydon and Bristol production plants. Perform safe preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration/testing, repairs, and documentation of failure analysis. Support reliability improvements using equipment history data, coordinate E/I troubleshooting and operating discipline, and work with PPM and maintenance work process activities. The role is onsite in Bristol/Croydon, PA, within a union environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform safe, efficient repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance for instrument and electrical equipment used in site processes.
•Set up, calibrate, test, measure, and repair electrical controls, instruments, and electronic variables.
•Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions safely and efficiently, including documenting failure analysis.
•Coordinate E/I troubleshooting by priority and provide work activity information for coordination and planning.
•Support reliability improvements by collecting equipment operation/history data and working with PPM activities (spare parts, equipment files in SAP, scheduled services).

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in an instrumentation maintenance role.
•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Must have a current, valid US driver’s license.

•Willing and able to work overtime and answer emergency calls off hours.
