Drive sales for BMS and IBMS control projects by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Oversee BMS/IBMS projects from start to finish with internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Present and demonstrate products, monitor market trends and competitors, and align work with sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build client, contractor, and consultant relationships.
•Help clients understand HVAC and refrigeration solutions, including conducting site surveys to define the best customer solutions.
•Oversee BMS and IBMS projects end-to-end and coordinate internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
•Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions through presentations and product demonstrations.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, provide feedback to improve products and services, and advocate sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
•Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration solutions.
•Proven experience in sales and business development, including pursuing new business opportunities.
•Experience managing projects from start to finish and coordinating internal teams for timely delivery.
•Relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
