Key Responsibilities

  • •Build modular multi-agent architectures using root/steering agents and targeted sub-agents via CX Agent Studio and Code Agents.
  • •Program custom code tools, callbacks, and data transformation logic in Python or TypeScript to extend agent capabilities.
  • •Use GECX engineering CLI tooling (e.g., uv environments, cxas lint/llm-lint) to validate and structure complex agent instruction sets.
  • •Create generative playbooks/control flows with structured, XML-like agent instructions that route to custom Python tools and sub-agents.
  • •Integrate Code Agents with enterprise systems and automate evaluation/CI/CD using simulation-based golden scenarios to prevent regressions before sync-to-prod.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years building conversational AI solutions, virtual agents, or programmatic AI workflows.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, including complex JSON payloads, RESTful APIs, and cloud-hosted webhooks.
  • •Experience using Git-based developer workflows and command-line interfaces for software versioning and deployment.
  • •Hands-on experience with Google GECX Code Agent tooling and advanced, stateful conversational frameworks like Dialogflow CX/CX Agent Studio.
