Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and scale the executive search function, including managing/coaching a small team and developing executive research capabilities.
  • •Own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle from intake strategy through offer and closing.
  • •Remain hands-on for full-cycle execution on high-priority, mission-critical searches, including candidate generation and engagement.
  • •Develop data-driven market maps of executive talent across relevant technology and engineering domains.
  • •Provide executive advisory on talent planning and hiring best practices, while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading executive searches (Director level and above) and 15+ years of total recruiting experience.
  • •Experience recruiting executive talent in highly technical or rapidly scaling environments (software, hardware, AI/ML, autonomous systems).
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence and present to C-level executives.
  • •Expertise negotiating complex executive compensation packages and successfully closing candidates.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
