Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and monitor the cost of poor quality from suppliers, obtain approvals in the system, and drive recovery from suppliers
  • •Own DMR Chargeback goals and act as the SPOC for COPQ processing across the business, planning and guiding other teams
  • •Review and verify invoices, monitor recovery status, and update master trackers for timely business updates
  • •Perform QC checks and maintain ISO-guideline records and transaction processing (e.g., Debit Memo creation into the Finance ERP system)
  • •Support supplier/plant trainings on DMR fee processes and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports using supplier quality data systems

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer, data analyst, or in a quality domain
