Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform operations across wafer production including equipment, process, and training support for Fab objectives.
  • •Perform equipment maintenance and repair, equipment troubleshooting, and defect reduction.
  • •Use technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, and written/verbal instructions with tools and test equipment to solve problems and communicate issues.
  • •Work the Compressed Work Week Schedule with availability on all shifts (4/5/6/7) as needed per functional area.
  • •Perform work in a cleanroom environment following safety procedures, including PPE use, working in proximity to chemicals, and lifting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school (HS) diploma/GED or higher non-semi degree with 6+ months of Dry Etch 300mm semiconductor equipment maintenance experience, or HS/GED with 1+ year technical certification or trade school, or HS/GED with 2+ years hands-on technical experience (including military technical experience).
  • •Associate degree STEM related to semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Ability to work safely in a cleanroom environment with required PPE and be willing to wear a respirator.
  • •Ability to read technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • •Analytical problem-solving and testing skills with comfort working with minimal supervision while adjusting to changing priorities.
