As Manager, Operational Effectiveness, you will partner with the Efficiency Officer to drive division-wide performance by overseeing complex processes, leading high-stakes integration projects, and simplifying workflows across Medscape Education. You’ll design automated processes, align initiatives with organizational goals, centralize knowledge assets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve delivery velocity and scale operations for healthcare professional education.
