Job Summary

Evaluate daily business KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ride-hailing performance. Test data-driven hypotheses, gather and analyze data from multiple sources, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Support local marketing strategy execution, drive initiatives for customer satisfaction and retention, and conduct fieldwork, market research, and customer interviews. Participate in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, including during rollouts and new initiatives.

•Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
•Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to improve overall business performance.
•Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
•Collaborate and negotiate new initiatives and launchings with key internal and external stakeholders.
•Support local marketing strategy execution and drive customer satisfaction and retention improvements using feedback and service gaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a similar background.
•Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
•Ability to gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid track record managing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
•Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
