Key Responsibilities

•Act as the client’s primary point of contact for delivery matters, including running weekly status meetings and producing written status reports/action logs.
•Own the master schedule and drive contractual milestones to formal acceptance.
•Maintain and review the RAID log weekly, coordinating readiness activities including FAT, SAT, UAT, training, and go-live.
•Enforce change control and drive milestone acceptance sign-offs that trigger invoicing.
•Transition the account into support/SLA governance post go-live and identify qualified follow-on opportunities for business development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
•7+ years in delivery or project management of enterprise software for large organizations.
•Experience delivering to Egyptian utility/government/state-owned clients, including procurement and approval chains.
•Proven track record owning contractual milestones through client acceptance and payment.
•Fluent Arabic and English with strong formal written reporting.
