Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • •Monitor construction costs and expenditures against approved budgets.
  • •Support cost control activities including commitment tracking, accruals, and cost forecasting.
  • •Review contractor invoices and payment applications, and evaluate change requests with cost impact analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
  • •3–7 years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, or project controls within the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting large capital construction projects (offshore, energy, industrial, or infrastructure preferred).
  • •Knowledge of construction estimating, forecasting, earned value principles, and change management processes.
  • •Proficiency with cost management and project controls systems.
