Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee execution of a portfolio of programs aligned to business objectives, strategic priorities, and client expectations.
  • •Ensure projects are planned and executed by responsible project managers to achieve financial targets (Order Intake Growth, Sales Revenue, Gross Margin).
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point to resolve customer issues with rapid response and effective communication.
  • •Provide leadership to a team of Project Managers and Program Managers, setting priorities, ensuring governance adherence, and driving accountability for delivery and satisfaction.
  • •Lead program governance structures and performance metrics, monitor progress to identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolutions to protect schedule, budgets, and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in program/project management, preferably in defence industry.

  • •Mastery level skills in EVM and Risk Management.
  • •Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies (PMP or similar certification preferred).
