Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the company’s product development process to deliver validated, high-quality refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
  • •Select or design key components for new product development projects of air conditioning/heat pump systems.
  • •Develop test plans for parts and prototypes testing and qualification, and evaluate prototype test results.
  • •Provide technical documentation for new product launches.
  • •Monitor industry technology development trends and optimize system performance and cost through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, heat Transfer, or related fields.
  • •3 years HVAC&R related engineering experience in product design, including refrigeration system design, optimization, and validation.
  • •Knowledge of unit control and fluid dynamics to advance technical work on refrigeration systems.
  • •Familiarity with residential or commercial HVAC applications and preferred knowledge of UL and GB standards.
  • •Good communication skills (written, oral) in both Chinese and English, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
