Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform structural design, dimensioning, and calculations for bridge and civil works projects.
  • •Participate from early investigations through to completed construction documents.
  • •Carry out load capacity assessments, analyses, and related engineering studies.
  • •Work on maintenance, repair, and strengthening projects for existing structures.
  • •Plan and drive tasks within the project team, communicate progress and technical issues, and support/mentor less experienced colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil engineering degree in road and water construction, civil/societal construction, construction engineering, or equivalent.
  • •About 5–8 years of experience as a bridge or civil infrastructure structural engineer.
  • •Experience with designing and dimensioning bridge/civil structures.
  • •Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage construction/design tasks with responsibility for quality and delivery.
  • •Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
