Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre- and post-contract cost and commercial management for projects, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management.
  • •Deliver QS commercial services and, where applicable, lead a QS/commercial team, training and mentoring staff.
  • •Contribute to bid writing, winning work and people leadership, representing WSP at industry events.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Buildings, Civil & Infrastructure, Programme Solutions and Rail groups within PMCM.
  • •Support delivery of Building and Infrastructure projects for public and private clients, within a Canary Wharf-based London office.

Key Requirements

  • •MRICS or AssocRICS or working towards a professional qualification.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience around QS/Cost and Commercial competencies.
  • •Where applicable, demonstrable management, project leadership and delivery experience.
  • •Hold a degree, or similar higher education qualification.
