Key Responsibilities

•Pull, clean, and organize data to support cost, pricing, labor, quality, and SLA analysis led by Program Managers.
•Build and maintain recurring reports and trackers (KPIs, project status, cost/margin dashboards) and flag anomalies.
•Support first-draft build of costing models, business cases, or proposals under Program Manager direction.
•Identify repetitive manual processes across sites or the team and build automation/tools to reduce them; maintain dashboards to minimize manual data pulls.
•Support project execution by tracking milestones, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with merchant onboarding and site launch checklist tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, business analysis, or a related field (internships and co-ops count).
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field preferred.
•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
•Exposure to or willingness to learn scripting/automation tools (Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, SQL).
•Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
