Job Summary

Support the analysis of financial data to enable better decision-making. Extract and analyze data from financial reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with monitoring and controlling expenditures against budgets. Contribute to monthly account reconciliations, budget/forecast variance analysis, and inputs into annual budgeting and forecasting. Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and help evaluate business initiatives against profitability expectations and cost-management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Extract data from financial reports to conduct financial/statistical analysis and identify discrepancies with recommendations.
•Assist with monitoring and controlling expenditure by approving/denying requisitions based on budget.
•Prepare assigned financial reports based on analysis results.
•Reconcile and review monthly balance sheet account analysis and analyze budget/forecast variances.
•Support annual budgeting and forecasting inputs, conduct risk/opportunity analysis, and review initiatives for profitability expectations.

Key Requirements

•Moderate level experience in a similar position in a related environment.
•Moderate level experience with accounting software.
•Moderate level experience within finance in a company with international operations.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or related field is preferred.
•Relevant financial analysis certification(s) preferred.
