Key Responsibilities

•Position and support the sale of large-enterprise Salesforce Professional Services consulting engagements to customers, defining the program scope, team, value narrative and pitch.
•Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to gain alignment on a future-state vision, including business objectives, capabilities, value drivers, success metrics and technology priorities; perform and distill customer, industry and end-user research to identify stakeholder needs and experience-led opportunities.
•Craft innovative, forward-looking strategies leveraging the Salesforce platform to transform complex, global companies for competitive advantage and growth.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Delivery Leaders, Solution and Technical Architects, Designers and External Partners.
•Develop multi-year, strategic roadmaps for immediate delivery that prioritize investments and support business objectives.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, including GTM support such as scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, and demos/presentations.
