Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out assigned civil design and documentation in support of technical and commercial standards
  • •Contribute to current civil engineering projects through accurate and timely documentation delivery
  • •Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (managers, engineers, consultants) throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Mentor and provide guidance to other Civil Designers in the team
  • •Perform quality reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • •A registered Civil Engineer with the relevant licensure regulatory board
  • •Ideally 2 to 7 years’ industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects (commercial, residential, industrial, subdivisions, roads)
  • •Highly developed civil design and drafting skills, ideally in a consulting engineering environment
  • •Familiarity with relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.) and proven capability in earthworks design, pavement levels near buildings, stormwater, basement and subsurface drainage
