Job Summary

Own an end-to-end portfolio of 5–15 advertiser accounts, driving top-line growth rather than chasing quota. Tune ROAS targets by offer, geo, and OS using Hex (or similar SQL notebook), Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Freecash AI. Act proactively to prevent issues, run account and KPI reviews, and bridge commercial and technical teams by debugging with engineering when partner concerns arise.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and act as the growth owner when issues arise.
•Drive top-line revenue growth, communicating clearly and staying open-minded when data changes conclusions.
•Tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS, often hourly, using Hex (or similar SQL notebook), Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Freecash AI.
•Spot issues early and intervene with budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests on a repeatable cadence.
•Bridge commercial and technical teams by debugging with engineering and communicating outcomes back to partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Some professional experience and the ability to figure things out independently to deliver outcomes.
•Ability to read data, open dashboards, identify anomalies, and ask the right questions (not necessarily a data scientist).
•Comfort being bilingual in the role, communicating with advertisers commercially and algorithm teams technically.
•Exposure to performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU (or willingness to learn quickly).
•Experience managing advertiser/partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA.
