People and Organisation Executive

Support employee lifecycle operations for People and Organisation functions, including onboarding, promotions, and exits. Assist employees with People & Organisation inquiries, coordinate employee engagement activities such as town halls and recognition programs, and help identify development needs for career progression. Manage compliance with Egypt labor laws and internal policies by maintaining and auditing employee records, and support recruitment logistics and onboarding.
