Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Prepare end-to-end broker-dealer regulatory filings, including FOCUS Reports and SEC net capital/customer protection reporting. Ensure SOX/FRR-aligned controls, own regulatory reporting narratives and documentation, and coordinate responses to FINRA, SEC, and internal audit exams. Analyze complex netting, haircuts, reserve calculations, and entity structures, drive process automation and regulatory-change analysis, and improve data lineage between source systems and reports.
