Key Responsibilities

  • •Author original exam-like Q&A sets and study materials aligned to NCEES/NCARB exam complexity.
  • •Perform technical edits and correct errata to ensure accuracy in formulas, drawings, and technical concepts.
  • •Use proprietary AI tools to generate and refine content while maintaining strict pedagogical standards.
  • •Conduct gap analysis and update materials to reflect current industry codes (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC).
  • •Update or evolve course materials and curricula, and collaborate with the Kaplan team to test and improve AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active professional license (PE or RA); a degree without licensure is not sufficient.
  • •Deep familiarity with NCEES or NCARB exam requirements and nuances.
  • •Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in technical writing and calculations.
  • •Be accountable for meeting project deadlines and following schedules set by project managers.
  • •Be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, and willing to use AI-driven content tools.
