Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and provide the correct parts for customer vehicles.
  • •Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments into inventory.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
  • •Control supplies to minimize waste and improve efficiency, and allocate parts using CarMax internal systems.
  • •Return incorrect or defective parts to vendors promptly and follow EH&S requirements while keeping the work area clean and orderly.
