Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the women’s Dress & Skirt categories, including multi-sourcing for resilience.
  • •Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince D2C model and coach them to operate within a rapid replenishment, M2C environment.
  • •Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS) covering Operational Excellence (rapid lead times, consumer-oriented approach), Financial Model (ROIC), and Technical Integration (Vendor Portal).
  • •Drive continuous improvement to achieve KPIs: defect rate <0.5%, replenishment lead time <14 days, in-stock rate >99%, and margin-accretive performance.
  • •Lead Catalog Expansion with Merchandising and PD, launch new styles/colors through NPC process; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners."

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing or Procurement experience with major US-based retailers.
  • •Deep network of partner factories across APAC, IST and EMEA regions in Dress & Skirts categories (woven, knit, sweater knit).
  • •Experience leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market; knowledge of regional key materials.
  • •GM mindset with supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/JIT) experience; ability to drive cost savings and negotiate effectively.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
