Key Responsibilities

•Drive target performance using the Standard Production System (SPS), including visual management, leader standard work, accountability, and corrective actions.
•Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction while maintaining EH&S requirements and meeting MRP targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
•2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting.
•U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
•Experience applying Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.).
•Clear, concise and effective communication skills.
